Today I'm gonna take a look at this K-Source Driver Side replacement electric side view mirror with the heat and turn signal functions and the puddle light function. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2014 to 2016 Toyota 4-Runner vehicles. And on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this will work for your application. Now this side view mirror's a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror that's on your vehicle.

It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. Does offer the power remote capability, which means you can adjust your mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. Does offer the heated mirror glass, which will clear any frost and ice, reduce the fogging. And it does have on the side here you can see the amber light, which on the side here will flash when you turn signals activated. And on the very bottom it does have a puddle lamp which will eliminate the area under the mirror.

Now this is a nice durable plastic housing, has a nice black finish to it. And what's nice, this will come in two pieces when you receive it. This cover portion will be separate. And the reason they do that is this can be painted to match your vehicle if need be. 'Cause once you do install this, it's very hard to get off.

So they leave it loose so that if you need it to be painted, and you could get it painted and then install it. Now this does use an OE grade flat glass with first surface plating to reflect any clear images. The front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome and it is a flat lens, so it reflects true representation of the object size that's in the mirror. It is a breakaway design. It will fold when it's struck to prevent any breakage and it is an easy no drill installation.

You can see this will have the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. Comes with even the nuts to install it. And this mirror will plug into your existing electrical wiring. Now the specs on this, this will replace the original equipment part number of 8794035B70. It is for quantity of one driver's side mirror. Couple notes on this mirror is the power remote capability, the heated glass, the turn signal and the puddle light functions of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has those functions.
